Title: 2 server suggestions - dmworld and joinmessages

1) make a DM world only for players with above 500 kills so that if a hacker joins with new account he cannot join our private /dm world
command should be like /dm and allow us to /gotoloc any place we want. ps: /newduel won't solve this, since we want to be more players in a place

2) add option to /joinmessages on/off, so that we can prevent server floods like this:

The initial recommendation will be taken into consideration. Instead of /join message command, will find a better way to limit the joining message spam.
