Reason why you wanna be part of staff: I would like to maintain a good atmosphere in the server, and have the responsibilities that I have to fulfill.
Benefits of having you in staff: I am not biased, I can do restorative practises to resolve conflict with players, I'm kind, calm, cool, collected, motivating, helpful, and as a person, I'm not perfect but I do my best.
