Title: Money is not updated properly

Informations:So i typed 3 times /spawnskin with 3 different ids but when i tried again it said i don't have enough cash
so i did /cash and saw i have 2000$ and on hud was 500$

It actually required $501, forgot to add the condition if money was equal to $500.

Fixed in next update.
