improve /report cmd when a player speed hacking on a vehicle or hunter, so we can report them and the hacker will be kicked.

i think can't be done, but maybe vehicle hp hack can be detected

add another report paramater like /report xx vehicle hp = he gets kicked if his hunter or vehicle gets shot, he isn't afk, and it doesn't explode

smth like that idk im not scripter

I'm currently working on Health hacks detection and vehicle hp/speed hacks will require a lot of testing, but it'll be added in the report command soon.
