Disable the cmd /fix of the vehicles when them are already on fire (with 0hp) , usually players like hunting and friends abuse of that cmd to evade .
PD: They will make an million on excuses on this topic , but its obviusly , if a player in attacking an heli/car and the other player use /fix , how we can kill him?

added in next update, will only work if the vehicle's health is between 180-700
