Do you've the complete video of someone/you shooting at his Heli-copter and the vehicle got damaged?

PD: He evaded in this server much times , he received a lot of warns and he is doing this again and again , included the ban evading , I demand severe punishment this time

In the above evidence, @[MM]MM seems to have stopped for few seconds after typing fix, as you can view in the video. He stopped his Heli for few seconds in order to fix, this doesn't seems to be a legit rulebreak but let's wait for @[MM]MM 's reply.

he stopped the heli bcz his heli was on fire , i destroyed his heli with my helicanon and he evaded via /fix , obviously when you type /fix , the heli stop
pd: while he is fixing the vehicle , i cant destroy his heli , check again the video
maybe with this video you will understand how he evaded the kill , and obviusly its evade bcz his heli was on fire , he was about to die and he did /fix in mid combat to save himself

PD3:anyways it wasn't fault of the command because he knew what his vehicle was on fire and he used /fix command to evade the kill

first of all i thought it was the hacker shooting me with hunter, so i was typing fix to avoid getting killed
when i realized that it's pain, i just went away and typed /eject, then hid and gotoloc someplace quiet

nothing big here..
