i was out in the sea, alone, trying to teleport to tzsux loc, pain was spectating, hunter was destroyed, nobody knows where the other seasparrow is apart from me, so by elimination turns out i was alone lol

The evidence is not enough to show that he was in a middle of a fight and he tried to escape the kill by drowning or typing /heal or smh. Since no proof was provided to substantiate him evading with some player, the report will be dismissed. If you aren't in the middle of a battle with someone or just wandering, you can avoid that death since no one deserved that credit. If my statements aren't understandable for you, feel free to ask questions to clear out any misconceptions.
