Title: speed hack system bug (re-tested, bug is reproductible)

PS: unban sos, i trolled him, but as you can see the bug works perfect lol, sos would never use speed hacks

an ideal fix would be if speed is bigger than 60 m/s the player doesn't get banned, or idk, you should join with a test player and test the velocity, but with old kick system only without ban so that u can tell the minimum velocity for gotoloc

Speed hack detector runs for 20 seconds after a player is reported. What about blocking the commands such as goto, gotoloc etc.. for those seconds?

can be abused still.. what if somehow the player gets reported EXACTLY when he is waiting for teleport? or what if hackers learn about this and block our teleport?

what if someone wants to teleport to far loc to escape with low hp, and a player types /report xx speed hack? he can't teleport anymore..
i think it just needs revision without any more improvizations

I've made it to pause the detector when player types /gotoloc and resume the detector when player teleports or not but the cmd timer passes by. Also you can't report a player while he has already used /gotoloc etc...
