Title: variable time cycle

server should have 24 hours time cycle, so that we can see other time of the day too, not just 12:00 all time

Problems with lag will happen , its better when its at 12:00 all time for avoid lag

when i told you that you are dumbest player of vcmp, you didn't believe me
time hours cycle doesn't affect anyhow lag or not, it's weather that does (specifically rain makes poverty players like you and fulton lag)

There's nothing that expands server lag if the time changes. However, having the same time kinda looks sick, added in the next update list..
