Title: change through a selection of weathers

the weathers that don't lag or spoil the gameplay should also be used, such as fog, and all the sunny / less sunny weathers (there's more than 1 single sunny weather, IDs are 0 and 4 as i know, and i think there's 1 more idk)
weathers should change every 10 minutes, in a random order
