Title: a variety of commands for car owners

there should be /lockcar, /unlockcar + /carkick <player> to be able to get players out of your car/heli
you could think some more of your own, if i do i'll suggest it

And what if you are owner of an helicanon h , you can get out players of helicanons? its bad idea , all servers know it and havent those commands

lmao, ignore pain, he just would be sad that he will not be able to use seasparrow anymore
