Title: radar off should be completely removed

remove radar off, eventually if you want to keep it add it as a prize for those airdrops, it would be an excellent bonus but should only last 1 spawn (upon respawn/reconnect/anything as such it should lose effect)

Update: The command will not be removed as players (specially newbies) can use it to hide from OP attacks like that of Sea-Sparrow. However, we'll still discuss in future, but for now, it's gonna be there.
