Title: Suggestion - Wait while getting veh

Suggestion:-  Recenlty I saw many players who spawn there vehicles in combat and get saved , So If someone try to get a vehicle while he is running/fighting or already driving a vehicle so the server should say him "You should stand still while you are getting a vehicle"

You can simply report them as deathevade.

I will make it so the players cant use the command /getcar while they are being attacked. Thanks for the suggestion.
