Title: Suggestion - Duel Protection / Suicide Protection

Suggestion:-  
    (1) Hello guys , Can you guys update /duel . If someone is dueling with someone So he both players should be freeze-ed for 3 seconds also add a countdown on screen like (3 , 2 , 1 , GO) It would be more good. Add more places for duel One more thing
/duel <player> <arena 1/2/3 <cash/bet> (money) E.G:- If a player accepts duel of 20000 cash server, So the server will take 40000 from both players. And the winner will get 40000.
Someone already suggested like this but it should be more good.

(2) My 2nd suggestion is to change something. We must wait 3 seconds without moving to suicide.This one will decrease the chance of dead-evade. Newbies should get a chance
