p.s :- I like the things you wrote but I will just give you a suggestion to be more specific and lenghty regarding the reason why you want to join the staff + keep helping the server by suggesting and you might get a chance.

Hey chillzy ! after discussing your application among our staff members , most of votes were negative. your application will be denied. you may work more on your server & forum activity and manners then you would get a chance. Thanks for showing interests.
