remove radar off, eventually if you want to keep it add it as a prize for those airdrops, it would be an excellent bonus but should only last 1 spawn (upon respawn/reconnect/anything as such it should lose effect)

improve /report cmd when a player speed hacking on a vehicle or hunter, so we can report them and the hacker will be kicked.

add votekick so that we can kick hp hackers and rulebreakers when admins are inactive
anyone caught abusing cmd should be banned (although 1 person can't do it alone)

just add auto drown or sethp to 0 for spawnkilling at default spawn position ( when spawnloc is off and when lastpos is off too ), while using lastpos and spawnloc, that anti spawnkill sux cuz you get confused, and in duels too
