Now here's my and the staff's decision according to this report:
You showed HunTinG just standing and being in some process, and you went and knocked him; he teleported, which is not considered any evade since he wasn't(or was but you didn't show him doing it) in middle of a fight. So this evidence is not accepted according to those facts.

About the Molotov evade, although you didn't show if he accidently went into his own molo or he stepped in it intentionally, but still HunTinG will be verbally warned this time and kept in watchlist. @[MM]MM must not repeat it (using throwables while having very less HP) or the consequences won't be the same. Since the evidence was half clear, therefore, HunTinG has been verbally warned.
