Informations: when a player types /spawnwep <weapons> he doesn't get molotovs, chainsaw, grenades, etc. in his set

+ server lags is due to that the way weapons are being received is totally wrong
this way, when somebody spawns,server will warp a bit until his weapons are received, and cause incomfort for everyone else

when many players come to DM here it's even worse, cuz imagine the lag being produced x how many players are online at that moment......

OH AND ALSO
PS: I TESTED IT EVEN ON KF T, WHILE I WAS KILLING HIM X15 SPREE, EVERY TIME HE WAS SPAWNING AND GETTING WEAPONS, SERVER WAS WARPING A BIT AND COMING BACK TO NORMAL
