If he tried to spawn kill you then you can provide your side video.i am sure you always record whenever you play against hunting.Post your side video.

Just to clarify 1 thing, even tho there is a spawn kill system that drowns you when you spawn kill a player, doing spawn kill constantly is punishable.

The report is in the discussion. Here are causes of Spawnkill;

1: If you spawned at bank @[KF]Thunder^ , you're most likely to press the fire button, since the spawn protection ends after you shoot. You can provide us logs when you spawned and afaik it sends a message "You have spawned" to be sure that you did /gotoloc or not. Also providing a video, would be much, much better. You've got 24 hours.

2: You probably spawned somewhere else and did /gotoloc bank or something.

And @MM[MM] please avoid camping at spawn locations or throwing explosions so the players knock down and spawn protection ends. We'll come with a decision soon.

Last note: I warned you guys to never do evades in any condition even if the other player is rule breaking instead, report the opponent but seems like ya guys don't even take it seriously...

well as in MY defense, i had no idea taxi spawns at bank.. it was logic the spawn loc of taxi is at.... taxi :|

either way, i think i have conformed and eventually will comply with rules next time... much unlike our dear friend thunder here, who doesn't seem to learn at all...

Thats not reliable, because you know that people can also change their spawn location. If you saw them spawn there more than once you should have known that was the spawn location. However if you never got drowned from Rusty for spawn kill it means that the players were attacking back or they had been spawned for a while, otherwise it might be spawn kill. Further evidences are accepted while the staff is analyzing the report.

i thought spawnkilling at /spawnloc is allowed, like in the many servers, and idk but recently after this, i have noticed orange guys (including taxi) for some reason have default loc set at the bank.. i really didn't know about this, and besides why would they set spawnloc in an area where they were aware that seasparrow or hunter will be shooting bullets, just so that i can get drowned?

well ideally you understand my point i hope, and as you said, evade IS evade, no matter under what circumstances, there were not hacks used, there were no other not-fine stuff to add, if it was spawnkill, then he should stay and bear it, so that i get drowned anyway, but since he disconnected, i was not drowned..

The default Workers Team spawn location is at the bank.
Edit: Both cases of death evade and spawn kill are being taken under consideration and will be discussed along staff team.

Death evade will not be tolerated under any scenario, unless it's some kind of hack the player is using to kill players. There are many ways to deal with spawn killers (also quitting at an appropriate time). Also in the video, there is not enough evidence of Hunting spawn killing, if you can provide video/image proof that he's been spawnkilling then he will be punished.

** Alongside this video if you can provide proof of Rusty drowning Hunting for spawn killing at the moment it was recorded (when this whole fight happened) that will also be taken under consideration.
